- Bookings: When you book an activity, you enter into a contract with the local operator, not with Panda Touring directly.
- Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee availability at the time of booking.
- Accuracy: We strive to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that all descriptions, photos, or prices are error-free at all times.
- Third-party content: Reviews and ratings are submitted by users and do not represent the views of Panda Touring.
3. User Obligations
By using Panda Touring, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making a booking.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Use our platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.
5. Payments & Cancellations
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and fees will be shown at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by activity and operator. The specific policy for each booking is shown before you confirm your reservation. Generally:
- Free cancellation: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the activity (as specified per listing) are eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations within the cut-off period may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
- Operator cancellations: If an operator cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
Note: Refund timelines depend on your payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Panda Touring provides its platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party operators.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
- We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before initiating any court proceedings, except where prohibited by applicable law.
